All service details and scopes will be confirmed in writing before any engagement or purchase.
4. Client Commitments
By working with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate, timely information
Engage fully with sessions and action plans
Give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule appointments
Maintain professionalism in all communications
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of missed payments, misconduct, or breach of these terms.
5. Fees & Payment Terms
All prices are provided upfront and must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment schedule.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or other approved methods.
Late payments may result in interest charges or service suspension.
Refunds are not provided unless expressly stated in writing.
6. Intellectual Property
All resources, templates, videos, documents, and training provided by RHC Consulting Ltd remain our intellectual property. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own development only. Reproduction or resale is prohibited.
7. Confidentiality
We value your privacy. All information shared with us is treated as confidential unless otherwise agreed. You agree to keep our proprietary strategies and content confidential as well.
8. Disclaimer
Our services are consultative and educational. We do not offer legal, financial, tax, or mental health advice. Outcomes are not guaranteed — your results depend on your own actions, choices, and market conditions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RHC Consulting Ltd is not liable for:
Loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Decisions you make based on our advice
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
10. Termination
Either party may end the engagement at any time. You must give 14 days’ notice in writing. We may terminate services immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or act abusively. No refunds apply unless agreed in writing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
